FAQ

What modes of transport are available for medical transfers between Mainland China and Hong Kong?

Throughout the entire operation, medical personnel are assigned by our company and followed up by local medical teams. Our company is responsible for monitoring and coordination. We work closely with medical teams in various regions to ensure service quality; if necessary, we can also dispatch a Hong Kong-based medical team to accompany the patient throughout the journey.

Fees are determined based on the patient’s condition, location, and the timing of the transfer.

Generally, once we receive an inquiry, we first collect medical information or reports for assessment by our clinical team. We then develop the most suitable transport plan for the patient. Once the plan and fees are confirmed, the team will proceed with the mission immediately.

Using ground ambulance transport as an example, we generally allow one to two family members to accompany the patient.

Under normal circumstances, if a cancellation or rescheduling is required, a portion of the fee will be deducted based on the timing of the change, and the remainder will be refunded. If the cancellation or rescheduling is due to objective external factors, a full refund can be issued after deducting an administrative fee.
